誰でも取り組めるNLP(神経言語プログラミング/コミュニケーション心理学)を日常、そしてビジネスに役立てていただきたいと思っています。
このBlogでは、日々のコミュニケーションの中から、いろいろなトピックを抽出するとともに、本やセミナーなどの紹介をしていければと思っています。
I have been working in IT engineer area for more than 20 years, and found that "Communication" is also a technology for people.
I acquired NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programing) Trainer license in 2012, and improve everyone's communication.
I mentioned the rumors about communication which says words have only 7% of effective.
No, but people receive informations not only its words but nonverbal information. thats true!
Sometimes we notice person’s change, slightly change when we are talking.
Eye contact, some body movement, breath, etc.
there are two choices
– Don’t worry, I just talk
– I feel something strange, so I quit this topic and change other topics.
The ability of finding or noticing the slightly change of persons you are talking is really important for communication.
There is an important process for communication.
calibration -> pacing -> keep rapport -> leading
It means
– checking the people/topics/information carefully (calibration)
– try to have a communication somehow(pacing)
– getting relationship between two
– leading others for your purpose
Noticing others change is calibration stage.
I’ll write down this calibration stage in detail to next.
We have “The five senses” and receive informations around us through them, and people are tend to one sense is stronger than others.
If someone talk or have presentation to others (like customer) with different superiority sense, customer is not understand what you want to say but also feel bad on your talk.
